MTV Networks launched multiplatform emerging-artist initiative “Discover and Download” Monday.
The project will spread itself across MTV: Music Television, MTV2, mtvU, MTV.com (www.mtv.com), mtvU Uber (www.mtvu.com) and MTV Overdrive (www.overdrive.mtv.com).
MTV Overdrive will kick things off Monday with a Discover and Download show featuring breaking artists Artic Monkeys, Da Backwudz, Flyleaf, Cheyenne and Rick Ross.
