Paul Rourke was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer at MTV Networks International.
Rourke joined the company in July 2006 as senior VP, corporate finance.
In his new role, he will be responsible for all financial functions and matters across all regional operations and business units, remaining in New York and reporting to MTVN executive VP and CFO Colette Chestnut and MTVNI chief operating officer Alex Ferrari.
