MuchMusic said Monday that its MuchMusic Video Awards will be held Sunday, June 19, at the CHUM TV Building in Toronto.
The festivities will air live, in HD and 5.1 Surround Sound, the network added.
In addition to MuchMusic, the MMVAs will air on Citytv Toronto, Citytv Vancouver, Star! and the programmer’s A-Channel outlets in Calgary, Edmonton and Manitoba.
The June 19 schedule: The MMVA Red Carpet Arrivals Special live at 7:30 p.m. (EST) on MuchMusic and Star!; The 2005 MMVAs at 9 p.m. (EST) on MuchMusic, on Citytv Toronto and Star! and on Citytv Vancouver at 8 p.m. (PST), on A-Channel Calgary/Edmonton at 8 p.m. (MST) and on A-Channel Manitoba at 8 p.m. (CST), as well as on CitytvHD live at 9 p.m. (EST); and an encore presentation on MuchMusic at 11 p.m. (EST).
