Trygve Myhren has joined the board of directors of AdPay Inc.
AdPay is a privately held company that adds person-to-person and business-to-consumer electronic-commerce capabilities to newspapers' online classifieds.
Myhren is the former chairman and CEO of American Television and Communication Corp. and president of Providence Journal Co., and he is currently president of Myhren Media.
