CSG Systems International Inc. has promoted Ed Nafus to president and CEO.
Nafus had been president of CSG's broadband-services division.
The billing-services vendor also announced that Neal Hansen will continue in his role as chairman through June 30 and remain on the board through his term, which ends in 2006.
And Hank Bonde, who joined CSG in January, will become president of the global-software-services division effective immediately.
