NCC Adds Two Senior VPs

Gina Smith and Andrew Capone have joined National Cable Communications as senior vice presidents.

Smith, formerly senior VP of ad sales at NBC’s Telemundo Station Group, joins NCC as senior VP of sales. She will oversee day-to-day operations of NCC’s sales division, along with the newly created units of political and sports sales.

Capone, formerly VP of sales and marketing for CNBC International, joins the rep firm as senior VP of business development. He will oversee the account-planning division, along with promotions, news sales, multicultural sales and strategic initiatives.

Also, Andrew Ward, executive VP of sales, announced that he will leave NCC at the end of the year to join Comcast Corp.’s Comcast Advertising Sales.
