Bruce M. Carnes has joined the National Cable & Telecommunications Association as senior vice president, finance and administration.
Carnes had been chief financial officer at the U.S. Department of Energy.
At the NCTA, he will oversee the trade group’s newly created finance and administration department, responsible for accounting, human resources, information technology and building services.
Carnes reports to CEO Kyle McSlarrow.
