published Martin Taschdjian has joined the National Cable Television Center and Museum as director of the Bob Magness Institute and holder of the Leo Hindery Chair for Broadband Telecommunications. Taschdjian had been vice president of international public policy at MediaOne International. Arthur Dwyer has been named chairman of the Cable TV Hall of Fame Committee. He is currently president and chief operating officer of Communication Trends Inc.
