NCTI said Wednesday that it has launched several new training products for technical employees in the cable and broadband industries.
The Denver-based company added that it developed new titles for its online sales tool, "AcSELLeration Series," and released an electronic course to assist supervisors with field- and office-safety compliance.
As far as training, NCTI’s four new e-learning courses are: "Installer Basics," "Broadband Digital Installer," "Troubleshooting Advanced Services" and "Return Path Operations."
