Programmers Retreat from Cosby Amid Sexual Assault Allegations

published The fallout from multiple sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby has scuttled a number of his projects.
Netflix has postponed its upcoming release of Cosby’s hour-long stand up special, Cosby 77. The comedy special, which was tapped in July, was set to debut on the service Nov. 28, the day after Thanksgiving.
In January, NBC said it was working with Cosby on a new family comedy, but announced on Nov. 18 that it was dropping the project.
TV Land, on Wednesday, pulled reruns of the comedian's classic sitcom The Cosby Show from its schedule. The network declined to comment on the decision.
