For the second day in a row, ABC, CBS and NBC interrupted regular programming to air President Barack Obama’s speech on the situation in Ukraine.
Obama addressed the situation shortly before noon ET.
Fox’s cable news net Fox News Channel, as well other cablers CNN and MSNBC covered the speech as well.
