Mark Barber has joined NeuStar Inc. as vice president, cable-market group.
Barber had been corporate VP, telephony at Charter Communications Inc.
In his new role at the interoperability-services provider, he will lead sales and business-development efforts geared toward the cable industry, reporting to senior VP, sales and business development John Malone.
