New Game Packages for Cablevision’s iO
Cablevision Systems Corp. has added two new interactive-gaming subscription packages, “Arcade” and “Logic Pak,” to its digital lineup for iO: Interactive Optimum customers.
The Arcade package includes “Alien Battlecraft Arena,” “Super Cooper,” “Super Cooper Revenge,” “Beetle Jr.,” “Alien Outbreak,” “AquaBubble,” “Brave Piglet,” “Krakout,” “Krakout 2,” “Thunder in the Deep” and “Tux Fighter.”
The Logic Pak lineup features “Cosmic Fallout,” “Abandoned Well,” “Ice Bubble Shooter,” “Runika,” “Monster's House” and “Pipe Fun.”
Both packages are available for $4.95 per month.
"Interactive games are already popular with our customers, generating nearly 1 million game plays in September alone, and the addition of these new packages and our innovative auto-upgrade functionality extend Cablevision's leadership position in this category," said Patrick Donoghue, vice president of interactive-television development and operations, in a prepared statement.
