Four HGTV series will be returning this January with new seasons, filled with new home renovations and real estate episodes, the network announced today.
The returning series: Love It or List It (Hilary Farr and David Visentin), Love It or List It, Too (Jillian Michaels and Todd Talbot), Fixer Upper (Chip and Joanna Gaines) and Property Brothers (Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott).

Friday, Jan. 2, at 9 p.m.
Love It or List It
Monday, Jan. 5, at 9 p.m.
Fixer Upper
Tuesday, Jan. 6 at 9 p.m.
Property Brothers
Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 9 p.m.
