published The lights on several skyscrapers in Philadelphia were off Thursday night in protest of proposed tax breaks for a new 60-story Comcast Corp. office tower, AP reported.
Philadelphia buildings including the Liberty Place towers and the pyramid-topped Mellon Center were dark except for safety marker lights.
