Nortel Networks Corp. announced Monday that its “Communication Server 2000” achieved PacketCable 1.1 soft-switch qualification, covering both media-gateway controller and call-management-server certifications.
Nortel said the tests included the Lawfully Authorized Electronic Surveillance and Event Messaging specifications.
