Kathy O'Hearn, executive vice president of Cable News Network's American
Morning with Paula Zahn, announced her resignation Friday.
Hearn, who was previously executive VP of CNNfn and CNN Business News, began
producing the morning show in September.
Hearn wrote in a memo to staffers that she's had a number of job offers, and
that she'd take the summer off 'before I start my next position.'
CNN hasn't yet named a replacement.
