Michael P. Zeisser has been named interim chairman of OpenTV Corp.’s board of directors.
Zeisser currently serves as a director of OpenTV and a senior vice president of Liberty Media Corp.
Peter C. Boylan III, president and CEO of Liberty Broadband Interactive Television Inc., resigned as chairman of OpenTV’s board for personal reasons. The board formed a special committee to recruit a permanent chairman.
