Optibase will integrate its video gateways with SeaChange International's TV Platform servers, the companies announced last week.
Optibase's Media Gateway encoders, designed for IPTV providers, encode, transcode, transmit and recast live video in real-time. SeaChange's TV Platform includes software for client set-top, network and back-office functions.
