'Outlander’ Opens To More Than 2.3 Million Viewers
Starz’ fantasy series Outlander drew more than 2.3 million views in its Saturday night premiere, the network said Monday.
The series, based on the best-selling international novels from Diana Gabaldon, averaged more than 720,000 viewers for its 9 p.m. premiere, and 1.5 million for the combined Saturday telecasts, said network officials.
In addition, early reporting of week-long-on-demand, online platforms and affiliate Tv Everywhere plays yielded an additional 1.4 million to date, putting the series premiere audience at 3.7 million viewers, said network officials.
