Lifetime Television will receive two “Gracie Allen Awards” from American Women in Radio and Television Wednesday.
The “Gracies” recognize exemplary programming created for women, by women and about women in all facets of electronic media.
Lifetime was recognized for “Outstanding Public-Service Announcement, Single Entry” for its “Every Woman Counts PSA Campaign,” and for “Outstanding Special Program” for special documentary Until the Violence Stops.
The Gracies will be presented at a black-tie gala in the Broadway Ballroom of the New York Marriott Marquis Wednesday.
