Cogeco Inc. has named Jan Peeters chairman of its board.
Peeters, who has been on the Canadian communications company’s board since 1998, is CEO of Olameter Inc.
He replaces outgoing chairman Maurice Myrand.
Peeters is also chairman of the company’s cable unit, Cogeco Cable Canada Inc.
