Pegasus Communications Corp. said late Sunday that its Pegasus Satellite Communications Inc. subsidiary has extended its pending cash tender offer for the aggregate principal amount of up to $100 million of outstanding debt securities maturing 2005-07.
The offer’s expiration date was extended from 5 p.m. EST March 19 to 5 p.m. EST March 29, unless further extended. In addition, the company extended the deadline for holders to withdraw tenders until 5 p.m. EST March 29, unless further extended.
Banc of America Securities LLC is the offer’s exclusive dealer/manager.
