DirecTV Inc. distributor Pegasus Communications Corp. said it sued an unnamed
EchoStar Communications Corp. dealer in Michigan for allegedly telling DirecTV
subscribers they should buy EchoStar hardware because their DirecTV equipment
will be useless after EchoStar buys the company from Hughes Electronics
Corp.
