Alex Hoff has been named Washington, D.C.-based vice president, development. He had been director of development.
Also, Alicia Keating was named director of development at Hoff, based in Los Angeles. She previously worked at Pink Sneakers and TwoFourAmerica.

Home Team Sports, the Fox Sports-owned rep firm for regional sports networks, has named Bill Robinson as vice president, partnership development, based in New York. He comes from Screenvision, where he cultivated the company’s largest accounts at the planning and client level.

LIGHTPATH
Jericho, N.Y.-based business-services provider Lightpath has added David Kniffin as senior vice president, chief administrative officer. He comes from Cablevision Systems, where he was senior VP, financial planning.
MSG MEDIA
Adam Levine has been promoted to executive vice president, business affairs, MSG Media. An executive with MSG Media since 2007, Levine most recently served as senior vice president, legal and business affairs.
NATPE
Jordan Ryder was promoted to vice president, domestic and international programming at NATPE, adding responsibility for managing and coordinating new programming activites for NATPE Europe, as well as designing and executing the trade group’s new “satellite” brand-extension programs. She had been VP, event programming.
SCRIPPS
Phillip Luff has been appointed managing director of Scripps Networks U.K. & EMEA, responsible for leading its U.K., Europe, Middle East and Africa business, based in London. He comes from Discovery Networks International, where he led operations in Russia and Northeast Europe.
Also, Jonathan Sichel was named managing director of global and commercial affairs in the U.S., based in New York. He had preceded Luff as managing director, U.K. & EMEA.
STARZ
Starz has elevated Scott Barton to senior vice president, branded digital content and products, at Starz, a new post. He had been VP, digital and on-demand programming.
Also, Amy Kline was upped to senior vice president, programming operations/quality control. She had been VP, programming operations.
And Eric Neal advanced to senior vice president, program planning. He had been VP, program inventory and planning.
SYFY
Chris Regina was promoted to senior vice president, program strategy at cable networks Syfy and Chiller. He joined the network in 1998 as director, scheduling and administration.
