Jeffrey A. Hirsch has joined Starz as president of global marketing and product planning, based in Beverly Hills, Calif. He comes from Time Warner Cable in New York, where he was executive VP and chief marketing officer, residential services.

Turner Broadcasting System has set its creative production teams for TNT and TBS, adding Joey Chavez as senior vice president, original programming at TNT. He comes from NBC, where he was VP, drama development.
Also, Thom Hinkle was promoted to senior vice president, original programming at TBS.
