Jesus Rodriguez has joined Disney Channel as vice president, marketing and creative. He comes from Fuse Media, where he was senior VP, marketing and creative for Fuse and FM.

Amy Abbey has joined Eclipse Marketing Services in Cedar Knolls, N.J., as director, sales and strategic partnerships. She comes from the DMA, where she was director, corporate relations.
NBC SPORTS GROUP
David Preschlack was named president, NBC Sports Regional Networks and NBC Sports Group platform and content strategy. He comes from Disney and ESPN Networks Group, where he was executive vice president, affiliate sales and marketing.

Carol Bernstein has joined National Geographic Channel as president and head of Global Scripted Development and Production. She comes from Endemol Shine Studios, where she had served as executive vice president.
NICKELODEON
Jennifer Caveza has been elevated to senior vice president, toys and business development at Nickelodeon. She had been VP, toys and games.
Also, Jon Roman was upped to senior vice president, boys toys and business development. He had been VP, boys toys and business development.

James A. Attwood Jr. has been named nonexecutive chairman of the Nielsen Holdings board of directors. He had been the board’s lead independent director.
ONE WORLD SPORTS
Todd Myers has been named to the new post of vice president, programming, acquisitions and development at ONE World Sports in Stamford, Conn. He comes from ESPN in Bristol, Conn., where he was director of programming and acquisitions.
QVC
Mike Fitzharis has been named CEO and representative director of QVC Japan. He previously served as chief operating officer of QVC U.K., responsible for customer fulfillment services.
TIERPOINT
Cloud-based managed services provider TierPoint in St. Louis has named Mary Meduski as president and chief financial officer. She had been executive VP, chief financial officer at Suddenlink Communications.
Also, former Suddenlink executive VP, chief operating officer Tom McMillin has joined TierPoint as president, chief operating officer.
TV ONE
Dexter Cole was named senior vice president, program scheduling and acquisitions at TV One in Silver Spring, Md. He returns to the network after five years at Discovery Communications, where he was VP, programming at Science Channel.

Jon Stimmel was promoted to chief investment officer at media buying agency UM. Stimmel has been with UM for three years and was most recently executive VP, managing partner, integrated investment.
USA FIBER
USA Fiber, a Baltimore-based dark-fiber firm serving the telecom, Internet, data center, government research & education and enterprise sectors, has named John Schmitt as chief revenue officer. He comes from FiberLight, where he was chief development officer.
