Disney Media Distribution and Disney and ESPN Media Networks has promoted Mia Rondinella to senior vice president, global distribution and strategy, based in Burbank, Calif. She had been VP, consumer data and analytics at Disney/ ABC Television Group.
Also, Jimmy Zasowski advanced to vice president, business strategy, Disney and ESPN Media Networks, based in New York. He was senior director, affiliate sales at the programmer.

Jill Ratner advanced to executive vice president, litigation, for Fox Entertainment Group, leading the group’s General Litigation team. She had previously served as senior VP, litigation.

Jonathan Schwartz was promoted to chief legal and corporate affairs officer at Univision Communications in New York. He had previously served as executive VP, general counsel and head of government relations.
