Ronan Tanchem has joined The Artery in New York as the head of the studio’s newly launched virtual reality/augmented reality division. Tanchem had most recently handled special effects and digital tools development on feature films such as Deadpool and The Amazing Spider-Man.
ATLANTIC BROADBAND
Atlantic Broadband has named a trio of new regional leaders: Debbie Eblen as vice president, general manager heading up the South Carolina region; Elizabeth Michelsen as VP and GM overseeing Florida; and Scott Randall as VP and GM of the Maryland and Delaware regions.
COMCAST
Comcast has tapped Adwoa Dadzie as vice president, human resources for its Western New England Region, based in Berlin, Conn., and including more than 300 communities in Connecticut, Vermont, Western Massachusetts, New York and Western New Hampshire. She formerly served as director of HR for the East Division of Nestle Waters North America.

Peter Harrison has joined Entertainment Studios in Los Angeles as vice president of longform cable advertising sales across the company’s seven cable networks. He has worked in ad sales at such companies as ION Media Networks, WorldLink and Fox Sports Regional Networks.\
FLEX CREATIVE
Peter Martin has been named chief creative director of FLEX Creative, a Burbank, Calif.- based producer of promotional and in-show content. He comes from United Front Media and United Front Design, where he was cofounder and chief creative director.

Erin Ostler was elevated to vice president of business sales at Midco in Sioux Falls, S.D. She had been the company’s wholesale sales manager.
TELEMUNDO
Ingrid Sanchez Graham was named senior vice president of creative operations at Telemundo, based in Miami and responsible for the Telemundo and NBC Universo marketing and creative departments. She comes from Discover y Networks Latin America/U.S. Hispanic, where she was VP, business operations.
2OTH CENTURY FOX
Simon Bathe has been tapped as vice president of sales, Germany, international television, at Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, based in the company’s new Munich office. He comes from Studio Canal, where he was executive VP, digital distribution.
