Paul Cheesborough has been named chief technology officer at 21st Century Fox. He comes from News Corp., where he had also served as CTO.

BRAVO MEDIA

Erica Forstadt was named vice president, current production at Bravo Media. She comes from OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, where she served as VP, programming and development for more than four years.

CHARTER

Charter Communications has added two members to its regulatory team: Maureen O’Connell as vice president, regulatory affairs, and Rob Kenny as director, policy communications.

COMCAST

Comcast has elevated Beth Choroser to vice president, regulatory affairs, based in Washington, D.C. She was Philadelphiabased executive director of regulatory affairs.

CROWN MEDIA

Erin McIlvain was elevated to executive vice president, content strategy & distribution at Crown Media Family Networks.

DECISIVE

Stephen A. Burch was named to the board of directors of Urbana, Md.-based telecom industry solutions provider Decisive Communications. Currently chairman of the University of Maryland Medical System, Burch is the former president of Comcast’s Atlantic Division.

FLEX CREATIVE

Marty Wall has joined Burbank, Calif.-based television creative services agency FLEX Creative as director of business development. He was a business development consultant to Troika.

FOX NETWORKS GROUP

Prentiss Fraser was promoted to executive vice president and managing director, content distribution at Fox Networks Group. Based in London, she had been senior VP of global entertainment sales for Fox International Channels.

GRB

Marielle Zuccarelli has been named chief operating officer at Los Angeles-based production shop and worldwide distribution company GRB Entertainment. She had been executive VP, international distribution at Sonar Entertainment.

Also, Michael Branton was named executive vice president, branded entertainment at GRB, a new post. He had been EVP of creative affairs.

VIACOM

Robert Bakish was named acting president and CEO of Viacom, effective Nov. 15, as well as president and CEO of Viacom Global Entertainment Group. He had headed Viacom’s international business for the past 10 years.
