Ben Grad has joined sports-focused streaming service fuboTV as North American head of content strategy and acquisition, a new post. He comes from Verizon Communications, where he was executive director, content strategy and acquisition.

Sharon Desmond has joined Comcast Cable’s Houston region as vice president of finance. She comes from the MSO’s Philadelphia corporate offices, where she led financial and business operations for the technology and product team.

FX NETWORKS
Colette Wilson was elevated to senior vice president, current series, at FX Networks. She had been VP, current series, working on shows such as American Horror Story, The Americans, Tyrant, The Bastard Executioner and Feud: Bette and Joan.

J.D. Flynn has joined EWTN as editor in chief of Catholic News Agency. He comes from the Diocese of Lincoln, Neb., where he served as special assistant to Bishop James Conley and as the diocese’s communications director.
