MEDIACOM
Mediacom Communications has promoted Barry Paden to senior vice president, programming. He had been group VP of programming and will add securing media rights for strategic multiplatform initiatives to his duties.

ENTERTAINMENT STUDIOS
Eric Gould has joined Entertainment Studios in Los Angeles as executive vice president, finance, and chief investment officer. Gould comes from Guggenheim Parnters, where he was managing director and senior portfolio manager.

SHOWTIME
Erin Calhoun has joined Showtime Networks as senior vice president, corporate communications, based in New York. She was VP, corporate communications at NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, responsible for USA Network, Syfy and Chiller.

IN DEMAND
Transactional content distribution company In Demand has tapped Dale Hopkins as president and CEO. The cable veteran comes from GSN, where she most recently served as executive VP, distribution, and chief marketing officer.

ZCORUM
Alpharetta, Ga.-based managed broadband services and diagnostics provider ZCorum has named Carlos Bustamante as vice president of strategic technologies. The cable veteran most recently worked at 4C Insights, where he was VP in the TV Activation business group.

Sharon Levy has joined production company ENDEMOL SHINE as president of scripted and unscripted television. She had been executive VP of original series at Spike TV. … In addition to Barry Paden’s promotion, MEDIACOM COMMUNICATIONS also upped Louis Gentile to group vice president of internal audit, Mary Green to vice president of internal audit, Joseph Michulski to vice president of finance and Debra Zullo to vice president of IT. … Bruce Littman has joined San Diego-based ONE AMERICA NEWS and AWE (A Wealth of Entertainment) as executive vice president of content distribution. The 30-year cable vet worked for Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network and Showtime, among others.
