Alan Perris, a former syndication exec at Warner Bros. and Columbia TriStar, was named senior VP, programming, at Odyssey, which has 29 million subscribers. He will have responsibility for programming, development, acquisition and scheduling. Previously, Perris served as president and general manager of WTVJ(TV) and WPLG(TV) both Miami and WJXT(TV) Jacksonville, Fla.
