Suzanne Keenan
Comcast Corp.'s Suzanne Keenan, has served as the architect of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing's Customer Care initiatives, including leading the development of its very successful forums
In her role as senior vice president of national customer service and Comcast University, Suzanne is responsible for working with the field to set the strategy for the customer experience.
Prior to this, Suzanne held the position of vice president of customer and marketing service for PECO Energy's Distribution Co. Other positions held at PECO included: general manager of customer service, director of field services, director of reengineering and performance and refueling director at the Limerick and Peach Bottom Atomic Power Stations.
Suzanne received her bachelor's degree in nuclear engineering from Pennsylvania State University and her masters in health physics from the University of Pittsburgh. She was awarded Penn State's Nuclear Engineering Outstanding Alumni Lecturer for 1999 and was awarded the Penn State College of Engineering Outstanding Engineering Alumni award for 2000.
Arthur Orduña
Arthur Orduña has served as an architect for CTAM projects that help bridge the gap between marketing and technology.
He is vice president of strategic initiatives at Advance/Newhouse Communications, and is responsible for working with A/N corporate and divisional management to develop and execute strategies for participating in new and emerging technology areas.
Orduña also helps develop A/N corporate positions on critical technology initiatives with standards bodies, industry organizations and technology providers.

Previously, he was vice president of marketing for Canal Plus Technologies, a global provider of digital and interactive television software and applications. Before that, Orduña served as vice president of marketing for DIAB-SDS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Systems Inc. After ISI was acquired by Wind River Systems Inc., the market leader in embedded software systems, Orduña led the marketing team responsible for the embedded consumer electronics market.
Orduña attended the MFA Graduate Program at New York University Film School and holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
Tom Southwick
Tom Southwick served as an architect and spokesman for CTAM's On Demand Consortium's publicity campaign and it is in recognition of that work that he wins a Rainmaker award. Southwick is senior vice president of corporate communications for Starz Entertainment Group LLC, which includes 13 premium movie networks.
Prior to Starz, Southwick founded, with the backing of Paul Kagan Associates, the weekly Cable World Magazine (now CableFAX's CableWORLD) and served as publisher and columnist. In 1994 Cable World was purchased by Cowles Business Media and Southwick became the vice president of new business development for Cable World and was instrumental in the launch of the monthly magazine Asia Cable & Satellite World.
From 1981 to 1988, Southwick worked for Multichannel News, first as managing editor and later as editor. Prior to that, he worked as a journalist and served three years as press secretary to Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.).
Southwick is the author of Distant Signals: How Cable Changed the World of Telecommunications, a history of the first 50 years of the cable industry.
Bill Stemper
Bill Stemper was instrumental in the creation of CTAM's Commercial Services initiatives and as part of that has served as co-chairing the 2004 and 2005 seminars.
Stemper joined Cox Communications Inc. in 2003 and serves as vice president of Cox Business Services.
Prior to Cox, he spent more than 25 years serving the commercial needs of business customers in the United States and abroad for AT&T Corp.
Stemper earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
Joanne Wayne
Joanne Wayne is being honored by CTAM for her leadership of the Marketing Co-op Media Committee, which is focused on improving media planning procedures and providing a strong voice for cable operators.
Wayne is a native New Yorker, and has lived there her entire life. Wayne began her career on the agency side, at Gray Advertising and segued into the cable operator business four years ago when she joined Time Warner Cable.
She currently serves as senior director of media for Time Warner's in-house ad sales and media buying group, Time Warner Cable Media Direct.
