Joely Richardson (FX’s Nip/Tuck) will star in Lifetime Original MovieLies My Mother Told Me, the network said Monday.
Lies My Mother Told Me “is inspired by a true story of a cunning grifter (Richardson) who spends her life running from the law with her daughter in tow,” Lifetime said in a prepared statement.
It is scheduled to premiere in 2005 as part of the network’s expansion of its original-movies franchise from 12 films per year to 19, Lifetime said.
