Retirement Living TV has officially appointed Paul FitzPatrick to President and COO, according to a Monday announcement from John Erickson, founder, chairman and CEO of RLTV.
FitzPatrick has held his new position since mid-November. Prior to this appointment, FitzPatrick had served as a senior strategic consultant for RLTV since September. He is responsible for leading the network's growth and development.
Prior to joining RLTV, FitzPatrick was executive vice president of RHI Entertainment (formerly Hallmark Entertainment). While at RHI, a leading producer and distributor of made for TV movies and miniseries, FitzPatrick's responsibilities also encompassed the development and oversight of its new media and network partnerships initiatives. Immediately prior to joining RHI, FitzPatrick served for seven years as COO and then interim CEO of Crown Media Holdings, which owns and operates Hallmark Channels.
FitzPatrick has also served as COO of The Golf Channel, The Weather Channel and C-SPAN, where he was a member of its board and executive committee.
