Russo to Lead Cable Center
By Matt Stump
published The Cable Center has named board member and Daniels & Associates
executive vice president Robert Russo as president and CEO, succeeding Jim
O'Brien, who steps down this month.
Russo was a trusted confidante of cable pioneer Bill Daniels and was
instrumental in both getting The Cable Center established in Denver and raising
the initial money to get the building erected.
In noting his active volunteer efforts, Bill Bresnan, chairman of The Cable
Center's board, said Russo was "the ideal candidate to lead the organization and
represent the center as an ambassador to all facets of the industry."
Russo will assume his new position March 3.
