One day after naming a new chairman and CEO, VoIP Inc. hired a chief financial officer.
David Sasnett has joined the company as CFO, taking over for Osvaldo Pitters, who will remain with VoIP Inc. as senior vice president of finance.
Sasnett had been president of Secure Enterprises and a consultant to Corevision Strategies.
B. Michael Adler has joined VoIP Inc. as chairman and CEO Tuesday, succeeding founder, chairman and CEO Steven Ivester, who will become the company's corporate strategist.
