E.W. Scripps named Douglas F. Lyons vice president of finance and administration for its interactive-media division.
Lyons, 49, has been the company’s director of corporate financial reporting for more than a decade and, prior to that, served as assistant corporate controller.
Before coming to Scripps, he was an audit manager for accounting firm Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, now Deloitte & Touche.
He is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.
