Theresa Hatton has joined the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers as director of chapter support.
She had been director of marketing for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association.
The trade group also announced three promotions: Patricia Zelenka to vice president of finance and administration, from director of finance; Lori Bower to VP of national conferences, from director of national conferences; and JoAnn Hagelin to director of membership support, from acting director of membership services.
