Jill Kelly Productions Holding Inc. said Friday that it has signed a letter of intent to jointly launch and develop an adult-entertainment channel with Adult Networks Inc.
ANI currently operates PanHot, which is available to approximately 1 million customers on Time Warner Cable New York City’s system.
Jill Kelly Productions is a West Hollywood, Calif.-based adult-entertainment provider.
