Jim Ducay and Jon Russo joined SES Americom Inc.

Ducay, who was named chief operating officer, had been COO of Acceris Communications Inc.

Russo, SES Americom’s new senior vice president of marketing and product management, had been VP of marketing at iPass Inc.
