Sheila MacVicar Joins Al Jazeera America

Sheila MacVicar, veteran international correspondent most recently with CBS News, has joined Al Jazeera America as a correspondent for America Tonight, based in Washington.

America tonight will be a daily prime time magazine show on the 24/7 news channel, which launches next month.

MacVicar's resume also included stints with ABC News and CNN.
