Showtime Orders Out of Order
Showtime has green-lighted a new series pilot for a show about a troubled
Hollywood screenwriting couple, president of programming Jerry Offsay
said.
Out of Order (tentative title) looks at a Hollywood writing couple whose
marriage is a crisis from the point of view of the husband, who has always
viewed his life as a film.
Cast in the series, which will likely bow next year: Eric Stoltz (Pulp
Fiction), Felicity Huffman (Sports Night), Kim Dickens (Hollow
Man), Justine Bateman (Family Ties) and Dyllan Christopher (Stuart
Little 2).
William Macy and Peter Bogdanovich will guest-star in the two-hour pilot,
written and directed by Wayne Powers (Deep Blue Sea).
