Niels Schuurmans has been named senior vice president and creative director for Spike TV.
Schuurmans had been senior VP, on-air creative at parent MTV Networks.
In his new post, he will oversee Spike TV's creative department, which is responsible for all of the network's on-air and off-air look and sound, as well as its print-media creative.
