Randal Stanley joined News 12 New Jersey as news director and general manager.
Stanley had been news director at WUSA-TV in Washington, D.C., since 2004.
At the Cablevision Systems-owned regional news channel -- which reaches more than 1.8 million homes in central and northern New Jersey through its parent company, as well as Comcast, Service Electric Cablevision and Time Warner Cable -- he will oversee a staff of more than 150 employees.
