Linda Brauns has been promoted to vice president, strategic planning at Starz Encore Group LLC.
Brauns had been executive director, business intelligence.
In her new role, she will be responsible for financial analysis of all distribution agreements with the programmer’s cable and direct-broadcast satellite partners, review of major marketing campaigns and evaluation of industry trends affecting the company’s competitors and distribution partners.
