Stream Global Services has hired Dish operations veteran Brian Delaney as its COO and executive vice president.
The business process outsource provider, specializing in customer relationship management services for Fortune 1000 companies, has put Delaney, who had been serving as senior vice president of operations for Dish's customer service centers, in charge of overseeing all of its processes in 50 locations across 22 nations.
Prior to his tenure at Dish, Delaney held several senior management positions at TeleTech, a leading BPO provider specializing in customer care.
