Women in Cable Telecommunications said Mary Meduski, EVP & CFO, Suddenlink Communications, enters the second year of her two-year term as chair of the board of directors. Martha Soehren, Chief Talent Development Officer & SVP, Comcast University & Comcast Cable, has been elected to the vice chair role.
WICT also said incumbent board members Sandy Howe, SVP, Strategic Market Development, ARRIS, and Kelly Regal, EVP, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., moved up to the board's executive committee.
Four additional individuals will join the board for the first time in 2014 as directors-at-large. They are: Sandra Kapell, EVP, Human Resources and Administration, Cablevision Systems; Ellen Kroner, EVP, Communications, AMC Networks; Kathleen O'Reilly, Managing Director, Communications, Media & Technology, Accenture; and Leigh Woisard , VP, Corporate Public Affairs, Cox Communications.
