Sundance Creates Web Offering For 'Dream School' Series
Sundance Channel will launch an original web series based on its upcoming new non-fiction series Dream School.
The weekly web series, which will be available on Sundancechannel.com and the network’s social media platforms via Facebook and Twitter, will feature interviews with the innovators and leaders from Dream School as they discuss their experience as mentors while appearing in the new series. The six-episode series Dream School, which premieres Oct. 7, follows 15 teenage dropouts as they enroll in a school featuring celebrities and notable educators as teachers.
Personalities featured in the web series include director Oliver Stone, musician Swizz Beatz, financial guru Suze Orman, TV journalist Soledad O'Brien, and actor David Arquette, said network officials.
